Conference Updates
For those of you coming crom colder climates, the weather here in Vegas is beautiful. We are here at the hotel now making final conference arrangements.
Yes, we still have room. Show up at the conference and register at the door. An evening registration will be offered on Monday evening from 6 - 8 PM. Register early and don't worry about long lines in the morning.
We do not provide note taking material so don't forget it. Bring extra business cards and take advantage of the networking opportunities. Don't be shy and share your contact info with a stranger.
If you've already registered and didn't receive a confirmation letter--fear not, just show up with your photo ID. If you've yet to register and would like to attend, just show up with your photo ID. Payments can be made via check, cash or charge (Visa, American Express or Mastercard).
To answer some of your questions;
Yes, we've brought a small number of gang books for sale--not a lot this year.
Yes, the raffle is still on!
For new registrations--seating is not a problem. However conference handouts might--we've brought enough on hand for registered participants and for how many new registrations we think we'll be getting based on past experience. If we have more NEW registrations than expected, we have plenty of seats available, however it's possible we'd have to send you your conference material following our return to our Wisconsin office.
Any questions about the conference? Just show up and ask us Monday evening. At this time, phone calls and emails might not get returned until following the event!
68 degrees. It's already snowed once here in Wisconsin and we just checked the weather for Las Vegas for next week and they expect a high of 68! We recommend dressing in layers for at and after the conference. We keep the conference room at a cool setting, so if you don't like cooler tempatures, bring a light jacket or sweater. Casual attire is recommended for the conference.
If you have not registered and plan on attended, just show up! Register the day before the conference or the morning of. On Friday we'll post a suggest list of things to bring for first timers.
Still not registered? Still can't decide? Yes, we have room available. Check out airfare and you'll be amazed how low flights are. Room rates at the hotel are only $69 per night when you mention the Know Gangs conference when registering. Register today and pay at the door.

New to Vegas? We've been asked by a lot of people if they need to rent a car. No, we strongly recommend getting a taxi or take a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Once you get to Vegas, everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel. Even if you plan on traveling around the strip, it's still cheaper to take a taxi than it is to rent a car and have to deal with heavy traffic, parking fees and valet tips.
If you have not yet received your confirmation letter--be patient. It's on the way. They're sent off in groups every 7 - 10 days. Even if you register late, you do not need a confirmation letter to get in. Just your photo ID. Additional conference information and a suggested packing list will be posted on Thanksgiving.
Yes, we have plenty of room! We just checked flight prices today in many major cities throughout the nation and we were extremely surpised by the low prices. We found from most cities you can get a roundtrip flight into Vegas for between $100 - $200. Yes, check it out for yourself! CLICK HERE
Fly in the day before the conference on December 1 and return home either the evening of December 3rd or stay one more night and get your Christmas shopping done in beautiful Las Vegas! Hotel checkout is generally around noon. You are welcome to bring your lugage into the conference room on the 2nd day.
