With a history of depression and problems with his girlfriend, Bradley drove to school and onto the playground where he threw money out the window to the attention of his classmates. As students drew near, he opened fire with a handgun. He fired three shots and wounded a 14-year-old boy in the leg. With a fourth shot, Douglas committed suicide.  This shooting happened about 10:50 a.m.
