Chad Welcher fired two shotgun blasts into the school's administration offices.  A secretary was injured by the flying glass and pellets.  She was taken to Delaware County Memorial Hospital where doctors removed two of the four pellets in her shoulder.  School had let out early for a teacher in-service day when Chad returned to his school at 2 p.m.  He was arrested shortly after the shooting.
