In winterset there are no "real" gangs, but there are a couple of "wanna be's" who have been convicted of certain minor crimes.
first there is D.S. (Dubset soldiers) who are comprised of about 25-30 members. crimes that have been committed by this gang include breaking and entering, assult, assult with a deadly weapon, and fourth degree burglary.
Next there is Anarchy 07 comprised of only 10 members whos activity stretches from drug smuggling, autotheft, vandalism, robbery, and many more undergroung and possibly unknown activity.
