HOOVER CRIPS: Color = Navy Blue (Enemy of the neighborhood crips shotgun crips as well as the bloods & hispanic sets ) Mainly operating in the north/east sides of Tulsa but sets or wannabe sets and or "Perpetrators" can be found in most ereas of Tulsa county but unlike california sets you may see white or hispanic members of the crips in Tulsa but they are predominantly black. Members can be identified by tattoos, being draped up (Wearing nothing but blue) Wearing there "Flag" or blue rag which is usually draped out of the left back pocket. Todays younger generation can be identified by simpler methods from wearing blue shoe laces for instance or tilting there cap to the left down to having there "Rag" hanging from the rearview mirror or there vehicle etc. Sidenote: Some hoovers will seperate there set by combining navy blue with grey or orange so you may see a hoover wearing a combo of colors such as Denver Broncos apperel etc. Crip sets/gangs by name and or neighborhood/territory 107 Hoover Crips (Largest) 57 Hoover Crips 6 Tre Hoover Crips 54 Hoover Cips 27 Hoover Crips Neighborhood Crips: Color = Baby blue (Enemy of hoovers as well as the shotgun crips,bloods & hispanic gangs) They do not really designate there set by street number but originally they identified themselves as 111 Neighborhood Crips named after the OG California set just like 107 Hoover Crips were started in california today they are simply Neighborhood Crips for the most part. A NHC or NHGC (Neighborhood Gangsta Crip) can be identified exactly like a hoover except there "Rag"/Color is baby blue most members like to wear University of North Carolina apperal as well. Shotgun Crips: Color = Blue (Enemy of HC's NC's,Bloods and hispanic sets) The shotgun crips are newer but equaly deadly and are increasing in number and unlike HC's or NC's they do not have factions persay they are simply shotgun crips Bloods/Piru/Damu: Color = Red or Chrimson (Sworn enemy of the hoovers,Shotguns,neighborhoods,GD's & Hispanics) Operating in the same erea as the other gangs mainly north/east tulsa.
