East Palatka

Madness, a rather odd name for a gang of miscreants that have done nothing out of the ordinary. Based at Palatka High school, their true origins are not truly known, and most likely with no discernible leaders or soldiers. Nothing more really than a band of skaters and druggie's, Madness is the very bottom of any gang or criminal standard. Members are normally angst-ridden teenage drama-queens, while others are nothing more than simple bunch of angry children that talk of murder and being 'Hardcore' while listening to violent music, peddle small amounts of drugs, and generally do nothing. While they seem to put on a game face, when compared to other criminal organizations, they come up horribly short. So, in hindsight, don't feel bad if you've never really heard of them.
