I found the book to be alot better then I thought it would be. If someone was new to this and wanted to learn about N-14 this is a good starting point.

This book seems like it is almost impossible to find anymore. I had an order in with Amazon for a second copy and they actually cancelled my order because they couldn't get it. I looked tonight and they still don't have it available.

Default NF book
Yes, I found it and ordered it again. Code 3 Tactical has it for sale in limited quantities. It's probably going to be hard to find after this since the author Robert Gratton was killed in a car accident last month.
